Linda and I have been serving clients professionally for a great many years in the Edmonton marketplace, Linda with 19 years and me with over 42. We are also area specialists and our main focus is with housing and condominiums in the Southside, Southwest and University areas.

With over 3000 transactions we have accumulated a great deal of knowledge and expertise that we think is a distinct advantage for our sellers. We have viewed thousands of homes and know the neighborhoods, the builders, the school systems and the amenities associated with the communities we work and live in.

That includes helping sellers establish a realistic market value, professional photographs and measurements, doing a descriptive writeup in concert with the sellers and promoting listings wherever we can reach potential buyers. We have a history of success with our listings and 95% of the properties we are engaged with do sell. This is considerably higher than the board average.

We are highly experienced when dealing with offers and are mindful to always have our clients interests first. We also know how offers should be structured, the clauses that are important and the things that a seller must be wary of when looking at offers. We also have a terrific reputation in the industry and have the respect and confidence of agents in our market areas.
